Garden Planters

Garden planters are basically containers wherein plants may be cultivated. Because a various sizes of plants will have various spatial need, these products come in a wide range of sizes as well. For instance, some are a few feet high while some may only be a couple inches tall. 

In addition to their varying sizes, garden planters are created from many different materials. However, they also have some really popular ones. Perhaps the most recognizable of these is the earthy, brownish orange ceramic material known as terra cotta. 

Garden planters made from terra cotta tend to be the most affordable. The other products will have their own advantages and disadvantages. Plastic, wood, and stone are a few alternative materials. Less common is the use of biodegradable material. The appeal behind these biodegradable options lies in the ability it provides for plants to be relocated exactly into the soil.
